Matthew Cloud, PE, is a seasoned construction professional with a focused background in engineering and estimation. Currently serving as a Construction Estimator at PKF-Mark III, Inc. since January 2022, Matthew has previously held positions such as Cost Engineer at Restani Construction Corp., Job Engineer at The Lane Construction Corporation, and Project Engineer at The Walsh Group where involvement included significant work on the LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment Project. Additional experience includes a role as Project Engineer at Nicholson Construction.
