Phil Ruby Pe

Phil Ruby, PE, is an accomplished Chief Estimator at PKF-Mark III, Inc. with a robust background in engineering and project management. Since March 2018, Phil has successfully overseen significant projects, including the $2.8 million DelDOT Newark Regional Transportation Center and the $14 million NJ Transit Portal Bridge Capacity Enhancement.
