Chris Hatten, CPA, CVA, CMAA has over 15 years of experience in the accounting and audit field. Chris began their career at UHY as an Audit Manager and worked there from 2001 to 2006. Chris then joined Harper and Pearson Company as an Audit Manager for a brief period before moving to PKF Texas as an Audit & Accounting Director in 2006. Currently, Chris is a Houston Chapter Board Member at the Turnaround Management Association since 2015.
Chris Hatten, CPA, CVA, CMAA obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a major in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown in the years 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Chris holds certifications as a Certified Valuation Analyst from NACVA and as a Certified Mergers and Acquisition Advisor. Chris is also a Certified Public Accountant.
