Michał Wachowski

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software development and blockchain technology. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation initiatives through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer and CTO at Energy Web, and Technical Board member at Share&Charge. Micha has also contributed as a Blockchain Advisory Board member at IIB Council, an advisor at PioneerVentures.io, and a Sr. Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has pursued further education at MIT and PMI, including a Project Management certification.
