Anna Kozlova, MBA, LSSBB, currently serves as Associate Strategy Director at WillowTree, focusing on strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Previously, Anna held the role of Senior Consulting Manager at TELUS International, specializing in customer experience strategy and operational optimization. With extensive leadership experience, Anna managed a team dedicated to process improvement for contact centers globally. Earlier roles at TELUS included Program Manager and Process Improvement Leader, where Anna drove significant efficiency programs and process enhancements. Anna holds an Executive MBA from Cornell University and Queen's University, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from McGill University.
