Firdaus Ismail

Firdaus Ismail is an experienced professional with a strong background in logistics and IT support. Currently serving as a Supervisor at PKT Logistics Group Sdn Bhd since August 2021, Firdaus oversees the inspection of incoming items and coordinates communications with customer service for any discrepancies. Previously held positions include Team Leader and Warehouse Coordinator at PKT, where responsibilities involved quality checks and multi-company operations within the largest warehouse in Malaysia. Earlier experience includes an internship as an IT Support Specialist at Lembaga Zakat Negeri Kedah, where skills in hardware and software maintenance were developed.
