Hillman Hirmansyah

Hillman Hirmansyah has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they served as a Human Resources Intern at SINERGI FOUNDATION, where they were responsible for developing training and growth management programs. In 2020, Hillman worked as a People Development Intern at Mekari, creating a comprehensive development plan for the tech and product team. Hillman also had a role as a Business Development member at Sampingan, focusing on exploring potential clients' pain points and promoting Sampingan's products. Hillman gained experience as a Program Design Intern at lingkaran, where they played a part in developing Lingkaran's education platform and coordinating class syllabi. In 2021, they joined Loakarya Indonesia as a Product Manager, contributing to the company's growth until 2021. The following year, at Zenius, Hillman worked in Tech Recruitment, being responsible for the full recruitment cycle and hiring several product managers. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President Business Development at PLABS.ID, where they are involved in crafting and executing business strategic planning, sales, marketing, and partnership strategies.

Finally, in March 2021, they completed the "Machine Learning with Python for Beginner" certification at DQLab.
