Beth Toon

Beth Toon is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Place Design Group since November 2013. With a strong background in planning and design, Beth has played a key role in shaping sustainable projects on a global scale. Additionally, Beth holds various positions including Executive Director and General Manager at UDIA Queensland, where involvement includes being a Board Member for The Committee for Brisbane and a Committee Member at the Youth Advocacy Centre, advocating for youth legal and support services. Beth’s previous roles include Founder and Director of Operations at Butter PR and significant contributions to multiple nonprofit organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Queensland University of Technology and certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
