Elizabeth Hopkins

Elizabeth Hopkins currently serves as a Client Success Manager at Place Exchange since June 2024, and previously held the position of Director of Client Services at Lightbox OOH Video Network from July 2022. In this role, Elizabeth led the Sales Planning Team, developing media plans and collaborating with various departments to meet account goals. Prior to Lightbox, Elizabeth managed sales planning and partnerships at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where responsibilities included crafting proposals and ensuring successful negotiations. Earlier experience includes a Sales Planner role at Westfield and an Account Manager position at USA TODAY, where Elizabeth successfully managed significant account lists and contributed to revenue reporting. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Plymouth State University, completed in 2012.
