Joe Furst is the Founder and Managing Principal of Place Projects, a Miami-based real estate investment firm focused on reimagining the real estate landscape through development, planning, and content curation. Joe is also the Co-Founder of The Doral Yard, a beverage and entertainment hub located in Downtown Doral. Joe is involved in various initiatives such as the industrial mixed use rezoning project in St. Petersburg, the development of 545Wyn in Wynwood, and the creation of the Wynwood Business Improvement District. With a background in real estate development and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law, Joe has had a significant impact on the transformation of Wynwood into a vibrant neighborhood.
