Terry Williams

Terry Williams is an experienced project manager with a robust background in construction management, having held various leadership positions since 2001. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Place Services Inc. since July 2023, Terry previously worked with Rycon Construction, Inc., Ward-Humphrey General Contractors, Caliber 1 Construction, and COUCH CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, LLC, all in project management roles. Before these positions, Terry spent a decade at Craig Construction Services, Inc., advancing from Vice President of Construction Operations to Director of Retail Construction, where responsibilities included expanding the client base and providing leadership to teams. Additional experience includes a role as Director of Construction at ACS-Architectural Construction Services, focusing on managing national client projects, and serving as Senior Project Manager at Site Technologies. Terry holds a degree in Business Management from the University of South Alabama.
