Kent Gray has over 25 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, progressing from an entry-level recruiter to a Regional Vice President at Kforce Inc. They co-founded CVPartners and R&D Partners, serving as CEO for both firms, which achieved rapid growth and recognition, including awards for Best Place to Work. Kent also co-founded Talent Rover, a cloud-based software solution, and led the company until its acquisition in 2018. Currently, they serve on the Board of Directors for Place Technology and Wild Africa Fund. Kent holds a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Arkansas.
