Carmela possesses extensive experience in management and administration within the retail and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Accounts Administrator at Place Vendôme since February 2021, Carmela focuses on mall management and tenant relations. Previously, Carmela held the position of Senior Leasing Administrator within the Leasing Department. Prior to that, Carmela worked at Sidra Medicine from September 2017 to January 2021, and at the Mall of Qatar from May 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included business and leasing administration as well as senior management duties.

Place Vendôme, occupying a total build‐up area of 1,150,000 m², is a mixed‐use development in the city of Lusail in Qatar bringing together retail, leisure and entertainment, making it an ideal seaside destination.
