Alan Miller

Alan Miller is an experienced professional in people and culture development, currently serving as Associate Director of People & Culture at Place2Be since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team through organizational changes and creating a five-year People Strategy. Previously, Alan held roles such as Head of People Experience and Development at Place2Be, Organisation Development Lead at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, and Learning and Development Manager at The Careers & Enterprise Company. Alan's career includes significant positions in HR and training, having also worked in various operational management roles within traffic and broadcasting sectors. Alan's educational background features a Level 7 in Organizational Development from the University of Chichester and a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Development. Additionally, Alan is a certified coach through the Moe Foundation.
