Deborah Kendall

Deborah Kendall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in counselling and training. Currently serving as a Clinical Trainer at Place2Be since September 2012, Deborah delivers clinical training for both qualified and trainee Counsellors and Psychotherapists. Past roles include Clinical Supervisor and School Project Manager, managing counselling services within school settings. As a self-employed Therapeutic Counsellor since January 2010, Deborah practices Humanistic Counselling and aims to expand opportunities within organizations. Previously, Deborah gained experience as an Associate Counsellor at Northern Clinical Psychology Services Ltd and as a volunteer Counsellor at The Place2Be, as well as working as a Counsellor at the Well Women Centre and Mind Matters. Deborah also has a strong background in IT service delivery from a 20-year tenure at Lloyds Banking Group, where roles included Service Delivery Manager and Personal Development Manager. Educational qualifications encompass multiple diplomas in Counselling and Clinical Supervision from institutions such as Leeds Centre for Psychological Development and Joseph Priestley College.
