Augustin Massot

Augustin Massot is currently the co-founder and COO of Place2Biz, a social referral marketplace. Augustin has been in this role since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a volunteer in several hostels in South America after graduating from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne. Before that, they were the founder of Pick Me Up from January 2017 to October 2017. Augustin also served as the COO Assistant - Master Franchise London at Wheelys Café from July 2016 to December 2016. Additionally, they gained experience as a banqueting department intern at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from August 2014 to January 2015. Augustin has also held roles such as barman, waiter, dishwasher, and kitchen clerk at A la Marguerite from May 2013 to July 2013, and as a marketing intern at Aqua Ray in June 2011. Most recently, they joined Time for the Planet in December 2021 as an Associate.

Augustin Massot earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from EHL between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) from 2013 to 2014, but did not complete their degree in Management & Economy. In addition to their education, Augustin Massot obtained certifications in "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from IAB in May 2020 and "Google Analytics pour les débutants" from Google in May 2020.
