Martin Donohue is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Commercial Director at Placefirst since March 2022. Previously, Martin held the role of Commercial Manager at Eric Wright Group from March 2017 to March 2022, where responsibilities included the commercial management of various large-scale projects, overseeing company turnover, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Martin also has a background as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor with Seddon Construction Ltd, focusing on project administration and contract management. Martin holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, both from The University of Salford.

We provide a comprehensive BTR delivery service including development, construction, resident services, and ongoing estate management.
