Matthew Eckes

Matthew Eckes is currently the Head of Hotel Revenue at Placemakr, where they are focused on scaling the company across the US. They have extensive experience in revenue management and hospitality strategy, having previously served in various roles at Placemakr, including Senior Manager and Associate Director of Revenue. Matthew also co-founded a short-term rental business and held positions as a Director of Finance and a Technology Director in the hospitality industry. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and completed a Software Engineering program at Springboard. In their personal life, Matthew enjoys running, cooking, travel, and birding.
