Carrie Buck

Carrie Buck has served as a member of the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District Board of Education since 2010 and also currently serves as the Vice President of the Orange County School Board Association. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to her election to the Board, she worked as an instructional assistant in special education for the District. She became involved in her children’s schools through serving on the PTA and School Site Council, and as the school’s representative to the Superintendent’s Community Advisory Council. Carrie has three daughters, one who graduated from PYLUSD and two children currently attending PYLUSD schools.
