Koby Ben-Zvi is the current president of Placer.ai. Koby has also served as the co-founder and CEO of BlueTail, which was acquired by Salesforce.com in 2012. Prior to that, they were the president of the Storage Management Division at Sterling Software from 1993 to 1995. Koby also served as the president of the Software Labs Division at Sterling Software from 1991 to 1992. From 2002 to 2010, they were the CEO of Northern Exposure, an executive management consulting firm that provides strategic planning, investments, and acquisitions for several high-tech companies and VCs worldwide. From 1996 to 2002, they were the founder and CEO of Elron Software inc. Koby also served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Elron Electronic Industries from 1996 to 2002 and as the Vice President of Technology at Informatics General Corporation from 1979 to 1985.


Koby Ben-Zvi earned their PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.


Their manager is Noam Ben-Zvi, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Roi Chobadi - COO, Gillian Core - SVP, Customer Success, and Oded Fossfeld - CTO & Co‑Founder.
