Nadav Katzenell

Nadav Katzenell is the VP of R&D Ingestion at Placer.ai. Nadav has over 20 years of experience in the field of security, cybercrime research, and development.

Nadav started their career as an Officer in the IDF / Intelligence Corps. From 2001 to 2007, Nadav served as an Officer in the IDF. During their time in the IDF, Nadav gained experience in cybercrime research and development.

After their time in the IDF, Nadav started working at Trusteer (IBM Security) as the Financial Cybercrime Research Team Manager. Nadav was with Trusteer for 3 years and was responsible for managing a team dedicated to fraud detection and identity risk assessment.

In 2014, Nadav left Trusteer to join Adjust Your Set as the Senior Developer and Server Side Lead. Nadav was with Adjust Your Set for 3 years before moving on to Placer.ai in April 2021.

At Placer.ai, Nadav is responsible for leading the ingestion team that is responsible for developing and maintaining the data pipeline that ingests data from a variety of sources.

Nadav Katzenell graduated from Tel Aviv University.
