Ken Hancock, SR/WA, is a seasoned professional in real property management, currently serving as the Real Property Program Manager at the Placer County Water Agency since July 2020. With a membership in Chapter 27 of the International Right of Way Association since June 2008, Ken has previously held the position of Real Property Agent for the City of Sacramento from June 2008 to July 2020 and worked at Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in various roles, including Commercial Title & Escrow - Special Projects Coordinator and Sales & Marketing Representative, from December 2003 to June 2008. Ken holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Spanish from the University of California, Davis, completed from 1994 to 2001, and attended Redwood High School and the American School in London.
