Placer County Water Agency
Tyler Passmore has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as a Canal Operator at Placer County Water Agency since June 2016. Previously, Tyler worked as an Assistant Superintendent at Black Oak Golf Course from 2006 to June 2016, where responsibilities included scheduling, conflict management, task assignment, and training, as well as developing resource documentation for projects. Tyler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Project Management, along with a minor in Entrepreneurship from California State University, Chico, obtained between 2012 and 2015. Additionally, Tyler earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Sierra College, completing studies there from 2008 to 2012.
