Joana Lobo e Menezes

Joana Lobo e Menezes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joana is currently the Head of Retail Development at Placer - Integrated Urban Design & Development since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Panoramiklevel Promoção Imobiliária Lda from October 2014, where they managed real estate projects, including property identification, acquisition, architectural design, budget analysis, construction supervision, and administrative processes. Joana also handled client acquisition and maintained commercial relationships. From August 2019 to July 2021, Joana worked as a Sales Business Manager at ActualSales. Joana was responsible for managing sales and business development activities. From July 2017 to July 2019, they worked as a Freelancer, managing projects and business plans. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in project management and transportation planning at Aenor/Ascendi and ASCENDI GROUP from 2014 to 2017 and 2007 to 2011, respectively. Joana also worked as a Traffic and Planning Manager at Rodovias do Tietê from May 2011 to March 2014. Joana started their career as a Civil Engineer at Construsan - Grupo Turiprojecto from December 2005 to September 2006.

Joana Lobo e Menezes completed their Licenciatura (Pré Bolonha) in Civil Engineering from the Universidade de Coimbra between 1999 and 2005. Joana then pursued a Pós-Graduação (General Management Course) from the Nova School of Business and Economics from 2017 to 2018.
