Martin Mohamad currently serves as the Head of Investment, Acquisition and Disposals at Places for London since September 2023, focusing on the investment strategy and driving growth across the portfolio. Prior to this role, Martin held the position of Senior Development Manager at Transport for London from October 2016 to August 2023 within the Build to Rent Property Development team. Martin's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Director at Deloitte Real Estate from September 2010 to June 2016, specializing in London Development Advisory. Martin holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Property Appraisal and Management from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained in 2009, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from the University of Leeds, completed in 2006.
