Tony Hilkin

SVP of Clinical Administration at Places for People

Tony currently leads Places for People’s Compliance, Quality Improvement, and EMR Teams. Tony has been with Places for People since 2008 and has worked in the behavioral health field for the past 21 years. As the Vice President of Clinical Organization, Tony implements continuous improvement (CI) tools and methodologies to all levels of the agency to improve PFP’s organization, clinical, and business processes. When Tony’s not working, it’s likely you will find him running in Forest Park. Tony graduated from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa, in 1997, and earned his Masters in Public Policy Administration at the University of Missouri St. Louis in 2020.
