Thomas Fountain

Thomas Fountain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management across various housing organizations. Currently serving as the Strategic Asset Management Director at Places for People since February 2021, Thomas has previously held key positions such as Head of Asset Management and Head of Asset Strategy at Clarion Housing Group from January 2017 to February 2021, and Head of Asset Management and Property Asset Manager at Lewisham Homes from November 2012 to January 2017. Additional roles include Asset Manager and Neighbourhood Engagement Manager at Town and Country Housing Group from November 2010 to November 2012, as well as Policy and Performance Officer from July 2006 to April 2010 at the same organization. Thomas holds an Executive Diploma in Management from the University of Brighton and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from Coventry University.
