Justin Clouatre

Justin Clouatre is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and pipeline construction. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Placid Refining Company LLC since February 2023, Justin previously held the role of General Manager at Tri-Parish Contractors, Inc., a family-owned pipeline construction and maintenance contractor, from November 2017 to February 2023. Prior to that, Justin worked at Marathon Petroleum Corporation from August 2007 to November 2017, where responsibilities included Project Manager and Instrumentation Project Engineer positions. Earlier experience includes serving as an Instrumentation Engineer at The Dow Chemical Company from June 2003 to April 2007. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University, completed between 1999 and 2003.
