Marguerite Clanton

Marguerite Clanton has extensive experience in training, education, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Training and Education Manager at Placon Corporation since March 1996, Marguerite oversees company-wide training initiatives and develops programs while negotiating external training rates. Previously held roles at Placon include Benefits Administrator, responsible for managing and negotiating company benefits, and Operations Project Coordinator, where Marguerite coordinated training related to operational objectives. Prior to Placon, Marguerite worked as an HR Generalist/Supervisor at Alliant Energy from 1986 to 1996. Marguerite holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch College and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Edgewood College.
