Andy Surridge

Andy Surridge is a seasoned professional in organisational development and leadership, currently serving as Global Lead for Leadership & Learning at pladis Global since November 2022. With previous roles including Global Head of Learning & Capability at BRITVIC PLC and Senior Consultant at BT, Andy has a proven track record in establishing learning and change centres of excellence, cultural transformation, and developing capability strategies across various industries. Significant experience has been gained in leadership development, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives during tenures at prestigious organisations such as Expedia Group and RBS. Andy holds a BA (Hons) in Business from Anglia Ruskin University.
