David Guy

David Guy has extensive experience in packaging development and production management, currently serving as the Packaging Development Director for pladis Global since November 2017. Prior roles include Head of Packaging Development for Savoury and Lead Packaging Development Manager for the UK and Europe. David's previous experience spans positions at H.J. Heinz Company, where roles included Packaging Development Technologist and Production Team Leader, as well as United Biscuits as Team Manager of a cake plant. In the earlier part of his career, David worked as a Biscuit Line Manager and Production Supervisor at Jacobs Bakery Limited, after starting as a Baking Apprentice. David holds a PIABC Level 5 Diploma in Packaging Technology from IOM3 Training Academy and a BSc in Business from Liverpool John Moores University, complemented by various qualifications in business and food manufacturing.
