Nataliya Otluoglu currently serves as VP of Data, AI, and Global Transformation at pladis Global, having previously held key roles in the IT&D division at Reckitt, including IT&D Director and Global Head of Tech & Digital - HR. With extensive experience in leading HR technology strategy, deploying significant digital solutions, and managing cross-functional teams across various industries, Nataliya has consistently focused on enhancing business capabilities through technology. Previous positions include IT Director roles at Reckitt, where responsibilities spanned finance transformation and HR tech deployment, and strategic business partner roles at Mars and SABMiller, emphasizing IT delivery and digital innovation. Nataliya holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Master of Laws in International Competition Law from City, University of London. Recent executive leadership training was completed at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
