Paul Baker has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Paul is currently the Head of Analytics UK&I at pladis Global since November 2020. Prior to this, Paul worked at Mattel, Inc. for 6 years, serving as the Manager, EMEA Insights from November 2016 to May 2020, and as the Associate Manager, Market Research and Insights: Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa from December 2014 to November 2016. Before joining Mattel, Inc., they worked at Nielsen for 10 years in various roles, including Client Service Team Lead, Business Development Roles, Senior Client Manager, and Client Manager. Paul also has prior experience as a Trade Marketing Executive at Ferrero UK from 2001 to 2004.
Paul Baker attended UCL from 1995 to 1998 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography. Following this, they pursued an MRes degree in Environmental Sciences at UCL from 1998 to 1999.
