Vikas Agarwal

Vikas Agarwal has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Vikas currently holds the position of Global Supply Chain Finance Director at pladis Global, where they lead the Supply Finance drumbeat, performance management, productivity agenda, capital investments, transformation projects, and sourcing decisions. Vikas is responsible for managing a COGS base of approximately £2bn across 25 bakeries and oversees a team of 4 direct and 40 indirect reports. Vikas is also a member of the pladis Senior Leadership team and the Finance Exec.

Prior to their current role, Vikas worked at Reckitt, where they held various finance positions. Vikas served as the Finance Director - Category Development Organization in the Hygiene Business Unit, providing strategic financial support to Global Category teams and handling a business size of approximately £5bn. Vikas also held the role of Global Supply Performance Controller in the same business unit, overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations and driving performance across multiple factories and distribution centers worldwide.

Before joining Reckitt, Vikas worked in different finance roles at Nestle, where they gained experience in internal audit and managerial positions. Vikas also worked at GE Capital International Services as an Assistant Manager in the Accounting Services division, where they led a team responsible for managing accounts reconciliation.

Vikas began their career as a Unit Internal Auditor at RPG Enterprises.

In addition, they have acquired additional certifications such as the Leadership and Management Certificate Program from Wharton Online and the Leading Organizations in Disruptive Times from INSEAD Executive Education, both obtained in 2023.
