Pavan Kareti

Pavan Kareti has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over twenty-five years. Their most recent position was with Plaeto, where they served as the COO starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Nike as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Valiant Labs from August 2018 to December 2019. Before Nike, Pavan held the position of Chief Sales Officer at Shoptimize from May 2017 to February 2018.

Pavan has also worked at renowned companies such as Apple and Hewlett-Packard India Sales Private Limited. At Apple, they held multiple roles including National Business Manager, Mono Brand Retail from October 2013 to January 2017, and Country Manager, Apple Branded Programs from June 2009 to September 2013. At Hewlett-Packard, they served as a Zonal Manager, Regional Manager, and Regional Sales Manager in various consumer business divisions from 2001 to 2009.

Prior to their time at Apple and Hewlett-Packard, Pavan gained experience in the sportswear industry at adidas, where they worked as a Regional Manager from September 1996 to April 2001. Pavan started their career at CIBA Vision as a Sales Executive from August 1994 to March 1996.

Pavan Kareti completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal, from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College between 1989 and 1992.
