Arturo Gomez-Ayala has a diverse and extensive work experience in various manufacturing and operations roles. Arturo started their career at Robertshaw Controls Co. as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Strategic Unit Business Manager. Arturo then moved to Hayes Lemmerz International as a Plant Manager. Arturo later joined Wabash Technologies as the Vice President of Global Manufacturing and General Manager for Mexico Operations. After that, they served as the V.P Global Operations at Burner Systems International and as the Vice President of Operations at Autolite. Arturo also worked as a Senior Lean-Six Sigma Manufacturing Consultant at Bluewater Thermal Solutions and is currently working as the Continuous Improvement-Engineering Director at Plaid Enterprises. Arturo's expertise in continuous improvement and lean-six sigma methodologies has helped him successfully lead and improve operations in various companies.

Arturo Gomez-Ayala has a diverse education history that spans several decades. Arturo began their educational journey in 1982 at ITM- Instituto Tecnologico de Mexicali, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Electronic and Industrial Engineering. This program lasted from 1982 to 1987.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Gomez-Ayala continued their studies at CETYS Universidad, where they pursued a post-graduate degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Administration. This program took place from 1990 to 1991.

In 1995, Gomez-Ayala returned to CETYS Universidad to pursue a Master's degree in Corporate Finance. Arturo successfully completed this program in 1997, acquiring a Maestria en Finanzas Corporativas.

In 2003, Gomez-Ayala sought further professional development by enrolling at Ejecutivos en Consultoria y Capacitacion. Here, they attained a Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt in Lean-Six Sigma, completing the program in the same year.

Gomez-Ayala's pursuit of education did not stop there. From 2004 to 2006, they attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they successfully completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Throughout the years, Arturo Gomez-Ayala has acquired a well-rounded education in various disciplines, including engineering, administration, finance, and business management.
