Andrea Cruz

Andrea Cruz has extensive experience in program management, recruitment, and training across various organizations. Currently serving as the DEIB Lead & People Programs Manager and previously as an Engineering Program Manager and University Recruiter at Plaid, Andrea has developed strong skills in managing operations and implementing cross-departmental initiatives. Prior roles include Training Operations Manager at Playworks, where responsibilities involved quality service, event planning, and internal training curriculum development. At CollegeSpring, Andrea managed a portfolio of SAT preparation programs and fostered partnerships to enhance college readiness for low-income students. With a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Kaplan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science from UC Santa Barbara, Andrea demonstrates a commitment to educational equity and professional development.
