Jeremy Presser

Jeremy Presser is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in compliance and regulatory counsel. Currently, Jeremy serves as the Head of Compliance and Product Legal at Plaid, after holding key roles including Lead Product Counsel and Lead Regulatory Counsel. Previously, Jeremy was a Vetting Attorney for the Biden-Harris Transition Team and has a history with Capital One as Vice President of Privacy and Enterprise Services. Notable prior positions also include Senior Advisor at The White House's National Economic Council and various roles within the Office of Counsel. Jeremy holds a law degree from Stanford Law School and an A.B. in Russian Area Studies from Dartmouth College. Currently, Jeremy is on a life sabbatical dedicated to traveling, learning, and exploring.
