Randi Lippert

Randi Lippert, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Business Operations Lead for Europe at Plaid, focusing on go-to-market strategies. Prior to this role, Randi worked at Wealthsimple as a Business Operations and Senior Enterprise Account Manager, where responsibilities included implementing strategic B2B initiatives and overseeing the launch of the company's first European B2B partner in Ireland. Randi's professional background includes experience at EY as a Senior Staff Accountant specializing in financial services and as a co-chair for Queen's Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship, where leadership was demonstrated in organizing an annual entrepreneurship conference. Randi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) and a graduate accounting program degree from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, in addition to the Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Canada. Educational pursuits also include ongoing studies at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
