Jose Luis Montanel Sebastian

Jose Luis Montanel Sebastian is an experienced Service Manager and Cloud Engineer currently working at Plain Concepts since July 2023, serving as the main point of contact for Ferrovial. Previously, Jose was a Cloud Specialist at Hiberus, where responsibilities included deploying Azure platforms and managing billing, as well as working as a Cloud Engineer for Henneo's digital media team.
