Under Pablo Pelaez's leadership, Plain Concepts has experienced consistent annual growth, attracting professionals globally. Previous roles include Technical Director at Visual Programming, where Pablo Pelaez led technical business development, and Director Técnico y Socio at Interactive Development Studio SL, contributing to Microsoft technology focus. Pablo Pelaez also founded and served as CEO of Visual Programming from 1989 to 1996, a leader in marketing development tools for Microsoft programming languages in Spain.
