Quique Fdez Guerra

Quique Fdez Guerra is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, engineering, and software development. Since June 2015, Quique has held roles at Plain Concepts, currently serving as Director of Operations, overseeing various teams and promoting agile methodologies. Previous positions at Plain Concepts include Director of Engineering, where responsibilities included leading a remote office expansion in Romania, and Delivery Lead & Software Engineer, focusing on project leadership and client solutions. Quique also founded HelpDev, an NGO, and has held positions at notable companies such as Microsoft as a Technical Evangelist and Beezy as a Frontend Developer. Quique holds a degree in Audiovisual Telecommunication Engineering from La Salle BCN, completed in 2015.
