Erin McGovern is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as an Assistant Nurse Manager at Northwell Health since June 2013, with a background in the Medical Surgery Unit and a previous role as a Registered Nurse. Erin also contributed to the healthcare field as a Nursing Assistant and volunteered over 350 hours at the Child Life Activity Center. Additional experience includes a Nursing Externship and extensive involvement in youth soccer as a trainer for various age groups with Plainedge Soccer Club. Erin is a licensed referee with the United States Soccer Federation and has held roles with Long Island Rough Riders, including staff soccer trainer and facility management. Educationally, Erin earned a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Stony Brook University and a degree from Adelphi University, complementing an Advanced Regents Diploma from Plainedge High School.

The Plainedge Soccer Club offers year round Recreational, Developmental and Travel Soccer Programs for boys and girls ages 24 months to 18 years of age. Specialties include our Little Feet Program for children U3 - U5 with groups for First Kicks, Mini Kickers, Little Peanuts, Peanuts, Munchkins and Little Champions.
