Michael Peterson

Michael Peterson currently serves as the Director of Transportation for Plainfield Community Consolidated School District #202 since March 2024. Prior to this role, Michael was the General Manager at Durham School Services from January 2019 to March 2024 and held the position of Operations Manager at First Student from September 2012 to December 2018. Michael also gained experience as a Logistics Specialist in the US Navy Reserve between March 2011 and July 2012. Educationally, Michael earned an Associates of Applied Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Waubonsee Community College, where studies took place from 2010 to 2012.
