Janet Rand Od

Janet Rand, MS OD, is an accomplished Life Balance Coach and Career Transition Coach with extensive experience since December 2011 at J.R. Consulting & Coaching, specializing in career development, communication, and business performance. Additionally, Janet has served as a Job Club Facilitator at the Plainfield Area Public Library since May 2013, where responsibilities include facilitating meetings, contracting presenters, and reviewing professional documents for ATS compatibility. As an Adjunct Instructor at Joliet Junior College since August 2000, Janet presents lifelong learning programs in various topics such as career and life transition. With a role as an Instructor and Monitor of Instructors at the National Safety Council since August 2006, Janet conducts roadway safety classes for a diverse audience. Janet is also an active member of the Chicago Career Professional Network and previously worked as a Career Advisor at the College of DuPage from March 2000 to June 2011. Janet holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Aurora University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University.
