Tina Beaird

Tina Beaird is the owner of Tamarack Genealogy, providing genealogical presentations and workshops since September 2016, drawing on over 12 years of experience in the genealogy field. In conjunction with this role, Tina serves as a Reference/Local History Librarian at Plainfield Public Library since September 2002, where responsibilities include teaching genealogy classes, managing local history collections, and assisting patrons with reference inquiries. Tina previously held the position of Head of Library Binding at the University of Chicago from September 1999 to September 2000, supervising binding units across multiple libraries. Tina holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Science in History and Political Science from Illinois State University.
