Operations and Facilities

The Operations and Facilities team at Plains Art Museum ensures the smooth functioning and maintenance of all museum properties, including the main museum and the Katherine Kilbourne Burgum Center for Creativity. This team is responsible for the upkeep of the galleries, studios, and public spaces, as well as managing logistics for exhibitions and art handling. They also oversee the maintenance of ceramics facilities, grounds, and building systems to provide an optimal environment for visitors, artists, and staff.
