Stephen Hageman

Meet Stephen (Steve) Hageman. With over 25 years working for Plains Commerce Bank, Steve started in the Hoven loan department as well as the credit card division. In 1996 he accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer. As the bank expanded into other communities, Steve relocated to our Watertown branch in 2002.

Steve’s leadership style is one that has been handed down from past generational core values of integrity, honesty, and fairness. This has been the foundation for the bank’s growth and expansion. “Our history of achievements is a true testament that we are a leader in our industry,” says Steve. “We appreciate each and every one of our customers and strive to give them the best financial experience possible.”

When not banking, Steve’s time is spent with his wife Angie, his boys Jacob and Brandon, and his daughter Erica. Besides the kids sporting events; playing on the lake, hunting, and golfing are activities enjoyed by the whole family.
