Jason Kan

Jason Kan has extensive experience in safety management, currently serving as the Southwest Division Safety Manager at Plains All American since April 2016. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Safety Manager at Horizon Transportation from October 2011 to April 2016. Earlier in his career, Jason worked as a Technician at AT&T from January 2009 to October 2011 and as a Commercial Service Technician for Tier 3 Wireless Internet Support at Time Warner Cable from January 2000 to January 2009. Jason is a graduate of the West Central Texas Law Enforcement Academy, where a Peace Officer Certification was obtained, and graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1991.
