Zebulon Phillips

Zebulon Phillips, P.Eng, PMP, is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Facilities Engineer at Plains Midstream Canada since March 2024, focusing on the Empress Gas Complex. Previously, from October 2018 to February 2024, Zebulon held various roles at Suncor, including Team Lead Operations for the Powerhouse, where oversight was provided for a team of 15 and accountability was maintained for critical water treatment facilities. Zebulon also worked as a Mechanical Reliability Engineer and a Project Engineer, gaining extensive experience in equipment integrity and project management. Before Suncor, Zebulon was a Process Engineer and Project Engineer at CF Industries, contributing significantly to urea production operations and managing projects up to $5M. Zebulon's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and a 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate from Keyano College.
